ICLS stands for Individual Community Living Support. It is a person-centered service that helps eligible older adults remain in their own home and participate in community life.
ICLS is generally associated with eligible adults age 65 and older. A case manager or lead agency determines whether it fits the person’s assessed needs and program eligibility.
ICLS is individualized support. The service plan identifies where support occurs and how it helps the person live in the community.
